Honorific Register Mismatch

Korean encodes social relationship through verb endings. A patient-facing assistant addressing an elderly user with 해 (haerache, plain form) instead of 하세요 (haseyo, polite form) reads as disrespect rather than informality. This is the most common failure mode for Western-trained models and the one most likely to generate complaints.

Source · Prompt

환자: 안녕하세요, 약 복용 시간을 알려주세요.

Lab · Failing Output

응, 아침에 먹어. (Plain — addresses the patient as a junior.)

Studio · Correct Form

네, 아침 식사 30분 후에 복용하시면 됩니다.
